You will be responsible for the smooth running of operations in NERF Family Entertainment Centre (Singapore). 

A Day in the Life 

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Centre on a daily basis 
  • Uphold operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experience 
  • Perform tasks as assigned and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure that the Centre runs safely and smoothly 
  • Attend to guest feedback on-ground 
  • Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on centre-related and guest experience matters Assist in staff training 
  • Assist in providing First Aid when needed 
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the premises 

Who We Are Looking For 

  • NITEC and above 
  • Possess leadership skills and able to work independently 
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns (including weekends and public holidays) 
  • Passionate about guest experience and enjoy working with children 
  • Pleasant and courteous 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Being fluent in other languages is a plus
